Hickory is our newest building. The lower floor (Hickory 1) is a fully furnished vacation rental. Upstairs (Hickory 2) is a long-term unfurnished apartment rental, which is taken for the coming year.
Hickory 1 has three bedrooms, screen porch, full kitchen, and a laundry room.
